我国中小企业对外直接投资的可行性分析

长期以来，人们一直把对外直接投资看成是实力雄厚的大公司才能选择的策略之一。但对于中小企业占企业总数99％比例的中国来说，开展中小企业的对外直接投资同样具有重大的理论与现实意义。从国际投资理论和我国中小企业具有的比较优势等方面分析了我国中小企业对外直接投资的可行性，并对其开展对外直接投资提出了相关的建议。

Analysis on the Feasibility of FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) of Small and Medium- sized Chinese Enterprises

But as for China, beca use the amount of small and medium-sized enterprises account for 99 % , launc hing FDI of small and medium-sized enterprises has a great theoretical and real istic meaning even more. This paper analyzes the feasibility of FDI of Chinese s mall and medium sized enterprises from the international investment theories and the comparative advantages of Chinese small and medium sized enterprises, and p ut forward some relevant suggestions for Chinese small and medium sized enterpri ses to practice FDI.
