| Abstract: | Speeding up the development of Shanxi's high-and-new technology is not only the kernel of realizing the adjustment and upgrade of Shanxi's industrial structure, but also the foundation of realizing the development of Shanxi's economy and society. In order to speed up the development of Shanxi's high-and-new technology, must construct the basic presuppositions and guaranteeing conditions needed by the development of Shanxi's high-and-new technology. |
