| 摘 要： | 通过对江苏省专利年中请量以及科技经济发展现状的分析，指出江苏省专利年中请总量与科技研究与发展经费的支出量呈强相关关系；并用回归分析方法，建立了相应的线性关系模型。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing on the annual patent application amount and the present developing status of sci-tech economy in Jiangsu Province,this paper points out that the annual patent application amount interrelates strongly with the R&D expenditure,and sets up the corresponding linear relation model by using the method of regression analysis. |
