| 摘 要： | 回溯建库是将传统资料管理模式，借助图书管理软件，转换成一套完整的、由计算机管理的图书网络管理模式。文章论述了高质量、高标准完成建库工作对相关工作人员思想素质、业务素质等方面的要求。
