从银政及银企关系看国家注资改造国有银行的有效性

通过对政府从国有银行退出的艰巨性和国有银行和国有企业之间建立真正债关系的艰巨性的角度,对国家通过注资的方式改造国有商业银行的有效性进行了深入的分析,结果表明:我国国有商业银行的改革决不是简单通过注资就可以一蹴而就的。根据分析的结果提出了对国有商业银行改革的意见和建议。

Analysis on the Effectiveness of the Reform of the State-owned Commercial Banks by Using the State-pouring Funds from the View of the Relations between the Bank and the Government and between the Bank and the Enterprise

This paper expounds the arduousness of government's withdrawing from the state-owned bank and the arduousness of establishing the true debt relationship between the state-owned banks and the state-owned enterprises,makes deep analysis on the effectiveness of reforming the state-owned commercial banks through government's pouring funds into the state-owned commercial banks,and points out that the reform of our country's state-owned commercial banks can't be done at simply pouring funds,and according to the results of the analysis,puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the reform of our country's state-owned commercial banks.
