| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the important functions of the humanistic management in the knowledge economy era, and points out that in order to do well the humanistic management the library should conscientiously research the psychological requirements of the librarians as the main body of the library, meet the needs of the librarians at different levels and make them conduct creative work. |
