| 摘 要： | 知识在企业内外能否完整、及时、准确地得到传递、变换、吸收和运用,实现知识学习和知识共享,对企业的自主创新起决定性作用。研究了知识溢出、吸收能力和企业自主创新能力之间的关系,在此基础上提出了提高企业自主创新能力的一些建议。

| Abstract: | It has a decisive effect on enterprise＇s independent innovation that the transmission, transformation, absorption and utilization of the knowledge can or cannot be fulfilled inside and outside the enterprise completely, timely and accurately. This paper researches the relationship among the knowledge spillover, absorptivity and enterprise＇s independent innovation capacity, and based on this, puts forward some suggestions on improving enterprise＇ s independent innovation capacity. |
