| Abstract: | In the light of the present situation of and existing problems in technical innovation of Shanxi Province at present, this paper puts forward the suggestion of carrying out the multivariate model of technical innovation, which is the multivariating of the main bodies of innovation regarding the enterprise as the main body, the diversification of the distribution of innovative personn el taking the personnel of R& D activities as the dominant factor, the multivar iating of the investment taking the enterprise as the main body, and the multiva riating of the technical innovation activities taking the enterprise as the cent er. |
