| Abstract: | This paper expounds the construction principle of assessment index system,and through the definition of rural comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation capability,and connecting with the characteristics of rural disasters in China,establishes the rural comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation capability assessment index system,which provides the scientific reference for the construction of rural comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation capability. |
