| Abstract: | Taking the library of Ningbo Institute of Technology as an example, this paper discusses the public relationship tactics from the organization and the public, the information communication and so on, and discusses how university library to strengthen the multidirectional, communication that effective measures that should be taken for strengthening the communication with the readers to improve the service of newly-built universitv library. |
