| 摘 要： | 本文通过对麦草碱性亚钠法蒸煮工艺不同阶段浆料中木素、碳水化合物、多戊糖、灰分含量的测定，探讨了这些组分在蒸煮过程中的变化规律，为优化麦草碱性亚钠法蒸煮工艺提供了依据。
