| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relation between the right to know and the right to privacy in the legal environment, and introduces the protection of the right to privacy by the governments of various countries in information publicity, providing the reference for establishing the protection system of the right to privacy in the legislation of Chinese government information publicity. |
