蒙脱土/水基聚氨酯纳米复合材料的动态力学分析——复合乳液界面变化的影响

摘    要:以接枝有磺酸钠的聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、Na基蒙脱土等为原料制备了蒙脱土/水基聚氨酯纳米复合物。通过研究复合乳液界面变化对复合物膜动态力学行为的影响,分析了其相态结构与组成的内在联系。结果表明,复合乳液界面层的厚度增大和水合程度降低使复合物膜嵌段结构中软、硬段之间的相容性增加。

Abstract:Montmorillonite/waterborne polyurethane namocomposite dispersions,based on sulfonated poly(butylene adipate) diol and montmorillonite-water dispersion,were prepared. Through studying the effect of the variation of the emulsion interface on the dynamic mechanical properties of the films of the montmorillonite,this paper analyzes the internal relation between its morphology and composition,and shows that the compatibility between the soft section and hard section of the block structure of the composite films will be increased with the increase of the thickness of the interface layer of the hydration degree.
