| 摘 要： | 基于山西能源重化工项目大都为高物耗、高能耗、高污染、低效率的现状,提出了发展循环经济、节约资源、改善环境,开发研究高科技项目,把煤炭工业产业这一重要能源产业发展成资源节约型、环境友好型产业的可持续发展模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the present situation that most of the energy-heavy chemical projects in Shanxi Province are the ones with high material consumption,high energy consumption,high pollution and low efficiency,this paper puts forward the sustainable developing mode of developing the circulation economy,saving the energy,improving the environment,developing and researching the high-tech projects,and developing the coal industry,the important energy industry,into the resources-saving-type and environment-friendly-type industry. |
