Research on the Innovation of Library's Service System under the Network Environment

This paper summarizes the impacts of two aspects brought about by the network environment to library’s dominant role in cultural information and library readers’ needs,discusses the construction of library’s service innovation system,emphasizing five problems of taking the full-time team as the core,the scientific management as the guarantee,the reader-centered idea as the service concept,the network hard technology as the support,and the service innovation as the goal.
