| Abstract: | This paper briefly expounds the requirements of university laboratory for the specialized technical personnel in aspects of the ideological quality,professional quality,and the foreign language level,etc.,and points out that laboratory's specialized technical personnel must strengthen his own quality construction and the environment construction and provide the users with excellent sci-tech information service. |
