清洁生产与山西省焦化工业发展研究（二）

文章对山西焦化工业发展现状进行分析的基础上，探讨了山西省焦化工业存在的问题。通过对国内外主要焦化产品的市场分析与预测，提出为保障全省焦化工业持续稳定健康发展，实现经济、社会、环境的良性循环，必须对焦化工业的产品结构进行调整、 优化和升级，并对生产过程实施清洁生产，实现废物资源化。通过对山西焦化工业长远发展、指导思想和目标进行的探讨，从体制改革、科技进步、资金投入、法规管理、配套规划等方面对山西焦化工业发展的政策措施提出了建议。

Study on Cleaner Production and Development of Shanxi's Coking Industry

Based on the analysis on developing situation of Shanxi's coking industry, this paper probes into the problems existing in Shanxi's coking industry. Through market analysis and forecast of main domestic and foreign coke chemicals,this paper points out that in order to guarantee the sustainable,stable and healthy development of Shanxi's coking industry and realize the sound cycle of economy,society and environment, Shanxi must make product structure's adjustment, optimization and promotion in coking industry, practice cleaner production and realize waste material's utilization. And through the investigation of long-term development guiding idea and objective of Shanxi's coking industry, this paper puts forward the policies and measures for development of Shanxi's coking industry from structural reform, sci-tech progress, funds inputting ,rule management and supporting programme.
