| 摘 要： | 当前科技期刊论文质量低劣成为普遍现象,给科学技术的传播和激励科技进步带了负面影响,这就要求期刊编辑认真把好论文质量关。提出了科技期刊编辑要从论文的科学性、实用性、学术性、时代性和创新性等方面来严格要求论文质量,这对科普作者弘扬科学精神,严谨治学态度,提高论文质量将有所裨益。

| Abstract: | At present,the lower quality of the papers of the sci-tech periodicals,which has become a common phenomenon,brings about the negative influence on the transmission of the science and technology and the motivation for the sci-tech progress.It requires that the editors of the sci-tech periodicals should guarantee the quality of the papers.This paper puts forward that the editors of the sci-tech periodicals should guarantee the quality of the papers from the scientificness,practicability,academicness,epochal character,and innovativeness,etc.,and points out that it will be helpful to the writers of the popular science to promote and develop the scientific spirit,make the meticulous scholarship,and improve the quality of the papers. |
