选书与选书模式

分析了影响图书馆选书的主要外部因素，探讨了选书过程中需要把握的几个关系，提出了几种选书模式，指出高校图书馆选书应以学科选书馆员为主，辅之以专家委员会作为宏观决策、微观参谋的机构，同时积极主动听取广大读者的意见与建议，此种模式效率高并具有可行性。

Book Selection and Book Selection Model

This paper analyzes some main external factors influencing library＇s book selection, probes into several relations that should be treat well in the course of book selection, and points out that university library should give priority to the subject librarians for book selection and supplemented by the committee of experts, an organization for macro decision-maker and micro adviser, and listen to the opinions and suggestions of the readers actively, this model is highly efficient and feasible.
