| Abstract: | This paper compares the situation of the library of higher vocational college and the library of undergraduate college, and starting from the features of the library of higher vocational college, analyzes the causes of the implied refusal to lend books in the library of higher vocational college, and puts forward some countermeasures for controlling the implicit refusal to lend books. |
