北京市专利产出现状与对策建议

专利产出已成为一个地区知识存量和知识创新能力的重要测度指标。从专利的数量、专利的结构和专利的类型等方面系统分析了北京近10年来专利产出的基本情况，通过北京市18个区县专利产出的比较，探讨了北京市的专利分布、知识分布和技术分布情况，结合目前专利管理存在的问题，提出了提高北京市专利产出的具体建议。

The Present Situation of and the Policy Suggestions on Patent Output of Beijing City

Patent output has become an important measurement index of the knowledge stock and knowledge innovation ability of a region. From aspects of patent number, patent structure, and patent type, etc., this paper makes a systematic analysis on the basic situation of the patent output of Beijing City in recent ten years, and through comparing the patent output of eighteen districts and counties in Beijing City, probes into the patent distribution, knowledge distribution and technology distribution in Beijing City, and connecting with some problems existing in current patent management, puts forward some concrete suggestions on improving the patent output of Beijing City.
