| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the current employing situation of the university students, points out that university graduates' participating in the rural primary-level work can not only solve the problem of the difficult employment of university students but also promote the construction of the new socialist countryside, and puts forward some measures for realizing the perfect combination of the employment of the university students and the construction of the new countryside. |
