| 摘 要： | 组织的知识链是知识管理的核心问题,目前对知识链的研究主要是采用定性研究的方法。结合当前知识链在企业中的应用,将分形理论引入到对企业组织的知识链分析中,从定性和定量相结合的角度构造了评价自相似性程度的数学模型,并以实例进行了说明。

| Abstract: | The knowledge chain is the core issue of the knowledge management in organizations.At present,most of the research methods in the knowledge chain are qualitative methods.Connecting with the current application of the knowledge chain in the enterprise,this paper puts the concept of the fractal theory into enterprise's knowledge chain analysis,and from the angle of the combination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis,constructs the mathematical model for evaluating the extent of the self-similarity,and makes explanation with the actual examples. |
