| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆不仅是高校师生获得知识信息的主要场所，同时也是对学生进行素质教育的重要基地。阐述了新时期高校图书馆团队精神的内涵，并从图书馆团队的示范效应和引导效应两个方面就如何发挥高校图书馆的育人功能进行了分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | The university library is not only the main place for the university teachers and students to obtain the knowledge and information but also the important base to make the quality education for the students. This paper expounds the connotation of the team spirit of the university library in the new era, and from two aspects of the demonstration effect and guidance effect of the library team, analyzes on and probes into how to give full play to the university library's educational function. |
