U niversity teachers'possessing the inform ation ability is the requirem ent of realizing the educational inno- vation,and also is the requirem entofprom oting the educationalinform atization and increasing the effectofideologicaland theoreticaleducation on teachers'quality.In order to increase the inform ation ability,university teachers should actively train their own keen observing ability and attention,transform the educational conception,throw them selves into the learning and applying of the inform ation techniques,and the universities and related departm ents should strengthen the training ofthe teachers,and establish effective restrictive m echanism and m otivation m echanism .
