| 摘 要： | 电子商务成为21世纪新的经济增长点，但目前电子商务人才的培养却无法满足电子商务迅速发展的需要。通过借鉴国内外著名高校进行电子商务教育的经验，从专业设置、课程与师资、培养方向提出了高校尤其是高职学校培养电子商务人才的思路。

| Abstract: | E-business has become the new economic growing point in 21st century, however the current cultivation of E-business talents can't meet the needs of the rapid development of E-business. Through enlightening the experiences of foreign and domestic famous universities in the education of E-business, this paper puts forward the ideas of cultivating E-business talents in universities especially in higher-professional colleges from the setting-up of the speciality, the courses and teachers, and the cultivating directions, etc. |
