谈积极的财政政策与国债市场的发展思路

长期以来，我国国内市场需求不足，为了解决通货紧缩问题，我国应继续实行积极的财政政策。而财政政策与货币政策作为政府宏观调控的两大手段，应加以综合利用。文章就积极的财政政策及其与货币政策的协调运用进行了理论上的研究，并进一步提出了我国国债市场的发展思路。

Talking about the Active Financial Policy and the Developing Ideas of National Debt Market

For a long time past the internal market demand of our country is insufficient, and in order to resolve the problem of deflation, our country should continuously practice active financial policy, and the two means of governmental macroscopic control, financial policy and monetary policy, should be comprehensively utilized. This paper makes theoretical study on the coordinative application of financial policy and monetary policy, and further puts forward the developing idea of our country's national debt market.
