Abstract:The mortgage of the construction in progress has become the main means for financing of real estate developers. Because of the variance of mortgage appraisals of construction in progress, actually we often encounter problems such as the high demand from clients and files offered by the developers were not true.This paper gives three countermeasures for standardizing the mortgage appraisals of construction in progress and making the mortgage appraisals of construction in progress independent, external and equitable based on the actual situation concerning mortgage appraisals of construction in progress, which will be beneficial to making the financing of the enterprise and individuals go on the healthy and legal way.
