| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the situation,the existing problems and reasons of the sci-tech developing of the small and medium-sized cities in central and west regions of China in the period of the Eleventh Five-year Plan,expounds the targets and principles of the sci-tech development of these cities,and probes into the key measures for their sci-tech development from nine aspects. |
