| 摘 要： | 我国的民营经济在国民经济的发展中已经发挥了重要作用，但是也存在着一些影响进一步发展的制约因素。分析了我国民营经济发展中所面临的体制障碍、思想障碍、融资障碍、人才障碍，提出了如何优化民营经济发展环境，消除这4大障碍的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The people- run economy of China has played important role in the development of national economy, but there are still some restricting factors that have the influence on the further development of the people- run economy. This paper analyzes on four obstacles of mechanism, thought, floatation of loan and talents faced by our country's people- run economy in its development, and puts forward some suggestions about how to optimize the environment for the development of people- run economy and eliminate the four obstacles. |
