Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the conception and functions of the business culture, and puts forward the contents of the construction of business culture, that are culturing the team cooperation spirit of the enterprise, training the managers of the enterprise to have sharp eyes and keen insight into the market, remolding the new conception of enterprise's operation and management innovation, and establishing the image of enterprise.
