| Abstract: | This paper introduces the main posit ive conclusions of the theory of organizational behavior management and practice research that is the origin of evolutionary competitive superiority and seven kinds of practical activities,achieved by Pfeiffer J,professor of o rganizational behavior science of Business Co llege,Stanford University,and ta k ing it as a key clue,this paper explores briefly the current situation,diffe rences and problems of managem ent practice of Chinese enterprises by using the method of comparative analysis. |
