| 摘 要： | 广开馆门招揽贤才和促使在职员工掌握知识、提高技能等,都是图书馆的人力资源建设。而要用好人力资源,图书馆必须完善用人制度以实现人岗匹配,并要改革管理制度以达到人尽其才的目的。在现今的图书馆界,人力资源的建设和利用同等重要。
