| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by Erdos in residents' income in the period of 11th Five-year Plan,and probes into some feasible countermeasures for increasing the incomes of both urban and rural residents in Erdos and realizing the new spanning of Erdos from strengthening the city and enriching the people into enriching the people and strengthening the city. |
