| 摘 要： | 在数字图书馆信息服务过程中,不可避免地会产生与知识产权保护有关的问题。在数字图书馆建设中一定要加强知识产权的保护,严格遵守知识产权保护的相关法律法规,从而有利于自身建设和横向联系。介绍了目前我国高校图书馆在保证现代图书馆建设与知识产权保护和谐发展过程中所面临的问题,提出了解决问题的措施。
