| 摘 要： | 分析了大学城图书馆的环境特征和服务对象特征,提出了使用大学城一卡通、设立导读员、成立少儿阅览室、开通电话服务、开展校友服务、为校外读者提供有条件借阅服务等改进措施,以进一步提高大学城图书馆的读者服务工作水平。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the environmental characteristics and the service object characteristics of the library in university city,and puts forward some measures for further improving the reader service of the library in university city such as making use of University City Card,setting up the reading guiders,establishing children's reading room,opening the telephone service,developing the alumni services,and providing circulation services with conditions for external readers,etc. |
