摘    要:分析了企业所有者和职业经理人走向“分手”局面的原因,提出使两者走出误区的途径:一是所有者既要让出剩余权力,同时又要对职业经理人实行严格的激励和约束机制;二是职业经理人应加强自身的职业道德修养;三是完善社会环境;四是双方要有共同的价值观。

Abstract:This paper analyzes on the causes why the enterprise owner and the professional manager say good-bye to each other, and puts forward some ways for making the two sides break away from the error areas, the first is that the owner should not only give the residual rights but also carry out strict motivation mechanism and restraint mechanism for the professional manager, the second is that the professional manager should strengthen the professional ethics accomplishment of themselves, the third is to perfect the social environment, and the fourth is that the both sides should possess the common sense of worth.
