一种改进的Snake模型及其在医学图像分割中的应用

摘    要:以超声肿瘤图像为例,将改进的Snake模型应用到超声图像的目标轮廓提取中,并取得了较好的效果。首先采用数学形态学方法对图像进行增强预处理,从而提高图像的对比度,将肿瘤区域凸显出来;然后利用改进的Snake模型提取肿瘤的边缘。该方法与传统的轮廓提取方法相比,具有捕获范围广、抗噪性强等特点。实验结果表明,采用该方法可以准确地提取肿瘤区域的轮廓,在临床上具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper takes tumour ultrasound image as examples,applies snake model to the object contour extraction of ultrasonograph and obtains the better result. First of all,the image is enhanced by using mathematical morphology,after that the image contrast is improved and the tumour region is obvious; then the advanced snake model is used to extract the tumour edge.
