Discussion on Some Basic Requirements for Archives Management in the Construction of New Countryside

The issue of agriculture, countryside and peasant is an important problem that will determine the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing modernization in China.This paper probes into the archives management in the construction of new countryside from five aspects of laying down basic rules and regulations for archives management in the construction of new countryside, making clear the methods for archives management, improving the quality of archivists through training, paying attention to funds guarantee and facility layout, and providing excellent service.
