| 摘 要： | 期刊资源是高校图书馆重要的馆藏文献资源之一,是高校人才培养的重要信息源,如何充分发挥期刊资源在人才培养中的作用是一个值得研究的问题。从期刊信息资源的优化整合、纸质期刊目次内容的及时报道、网络通信条件下文献传递、有针对性的期刊信息传播与宣传报道等方面,探讨了高校图书馆期刊文献信息资源在人才培养中的作用。

| Abstract: | Journal resource, which is one of the important collection resources in university library, is an important information resource for university’s talent cultivation. It’s an worth studying question that how to give full play to library’s journal resources in university’s talent cultivation. From the aspects of optimization and integration to journal information resources, the timely reports on the content tables of paper journals, the document delivery under network communication conditions, and the targeted dissemination and propaganda of journal information, etc., this paper probes into the functions of university library’s journal resources in talent cultivation. |
