| 摘 要： | 冲蚀磨损是电站锅炉对流受热面管道泄漏的主要原因之一,占到锅炉事故的75%以上。在分析研究燃煤电站锅炉管道冲蚀磨损机理的基础上,综述了国内外用于高温抗冲蚀热喷涂防护涂层的研究和应用进展,并提出了用热处理的方式对管道材料进行防护的试验方法。

| Abstract: | The erosion-abrasion,which is one of the main reasons of the leakage of the power-station boiler-conduit-pipe' contra-flow heating-surface,accounts for 75% or more of the accidents of the boiler.Based on analyzing the mechanism of coal-fired power-station boiler-conduit-pipes' erosion-abrasion,this paper sums up the progress of domestic and foreign research on and application of the high-temperature,anti-erosion,hot spraying and protective coat,and puts forward the experimental research on protecting the conduit-pipe materials by using the heat treating mode. |
