| 摘 要： | 一个国家或地区要实现经济快速发展，必须注重其金融生态的建设。在窒誓欠夏达地区金融生态存在着资金逆向流动、社会信用体系不健全等问题的基础上，提出了改善欠发达地区金融生态环境的建议和措施。

| Abstract: | A country or a region, which wants to realize the fast economic development, must pay attention to the construction of its financial ecology. Based on analyzing the problems existing in the financial ecology of the less- developed regions such as the reversed flow of the funds, and the imperfect of the social credit system, etc., this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for improving the financial ecological environment of the less-developed regions. |
