| Abstract: | Based on the statistical analysis on and comparison of the developing situation of Shanxi's Patent in twenty years,this paper points out that the lower development of Shanxi's patent has many things to do with the shortage of the capacity of independent innovation,and puts forward the suggestion on that should promote the independent innovation through carrying out the patent strategy. |
