| 摘 要： | 图书馆是公益性的社会机构，其一切活动都要体现人文关怀。从牢固树立“以人为本”的理念、提供更为人性化的服务、重视人文类图书的采购、营造人性化的阅读空间、开展用户信息教育以及全面提升馆员素质等6个方面提出了图书馆实施人文关怀的措施。

| Abstract: | The library is a social organization with the welfare nature, all its activities must embody the humanistic solicitude. This paper puts forward some measures for the library to carry out the humanistic solicitude from six aspects of establishing firmly the conception of taking the people as the dominant factor, providing the humanized service, paying attention to the purchasing of the humanistic books, constructing the humanized reading space, developing the information education for the readers, and lifting librarians' all-round qualities. |
