| 摘 要： | 在论述图书馆联盟和公共文化服务体系的互动关系的基础上,阐述了图书馆联盟在公共文化服务体系中的社会责任、服务功能和管理机制定位,探讨了图书馆联盟有效参与公共文化服务体系构建的意义,分析了公共文化服务体系对图书馆联盟可持续发展的保障作用。

| Abstract: | Based on discussing the interactive relationship between library federation and public cultural service system, this paper expounds the social responsibility, service function and management mechanism positioning of library federation in public cultural service system, probes into the significance of library federation＇ s effective participation in the construction of public cultural service system, and analyzes the guaranteeing effect of public cultural service system on the sustainable development of library federation. |
