浅谈馆刊与高校图书馆组织文化的关系——从馆刊网络调查谈起

在对图书馆馆刊的概念和图书馆组织文化的构成做出界定的基础上,调查了40所教育部直属高校图书馆创办的52种馆刊,通过调查这些馆刊的所属馆名、所在地区、刊物名称、发行周期、办刊宗旨、发行对象和栏目设置等,探讨了馆刊与高校图书馆组织文化的关系,即馆刊能够在一定的广度、深度和速度上反映高校图书馆组织文化的建设情况,另又能通过图书馆与读者的沟通、图书馆与馆员的沟通来促进高校图书馆组织文化的发展。

Discussion on the Relationship between Library Journal and University Library＇s Organizational Culture

Based on defining the concept of library journal and the composition of library＇ s organizational culture, this paper investigates 52 kinds of library journals found by 40 libraries of universities directly under the Ministry of Education, and through investigating the library name, area, journal name, release cycle, purpose, issue target, and columns, etc. of these library journals, probes into the relationship between library journal and university library＇s organizational culture, that is that on one hand, the library journal can reflect the construction situation of library＇s organizational culture in certain breadth, depth and speed, and on the other hand, the library journal can promote the development of library＇s organizational culture through the communication between library and readers and between library and librarians.
