国内外图书馆界支持中小企业的实践——图书馆公平精神与企业家创新精神的互补

在阐述图书馆精神能够跟企业家精神互补的基础上,详细介绍了美国公共图书馆、日本公立图书馆和我国上海图书馆为中小企业服务的实践活动,指出图书馆由于天生的扶贫济弱促进社会公平的精神,有责任亦有能力为处于经济发展弱势的中小企业的经济活动提供支持。

The Practice of the Domestic and Foreign Library World for Supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises——The Complementation of Library＇s Fair Spirit and Entrepreneur＇s Innovative Spirit

Based on expounding that the library spirit can complement with entrepreneur spirit each other, this paper introduces in detail the practical activities of America＇s public libraries, Japan＇s public libraries and China＇s Shanghai Library for serving small and medium-sized enterprises, and points out that because of instinctive spirit of helping the poor and relieving the weak and promoting the social equity, the library has the responsibility and also has the ability to provide support for the economic activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in a weak position in economic development.
