| 摘 要： | 连续出版物的签收是一项细致繁琐的工作,稍有疏忽就容易出错。借助汇文图书管理系统连续出版物模块可以简化连续出版物的签收程序。介绍了连续出版物签收工作中易出现的错误,探讨了如何充分应用Excel的强大功能对签收工作中易出现的错误进行补救的方法。

| Abstract: | The signatured acceptance of serial publications is a so detailed and complicated job that a slight negligence would be easy to go wrong. Relying on the serial publications module of Huiwen Library System can simplify the procedures of signatured acceptance of serial publications. This paper introduces some frequent errors in signatured acceptance of serial publications, probes into the methods for remedying these frequent errors in signatured acceptance of serial publications by making full use of the strong function of EXCEL. |
