| Abstract: | Starting from the importance of university library’s literature resources procurement bidding in the overall construction of the library, this paper expounds the important functions of library’s expert database constructed by the University Library Work Committee, analyzes the role of university library’s expert database in literature resources procurement bidding and existing problems in it, and puts forward some methods for solving the existing problems. |
