| 摘 要： | 国有商业银行上市能扩充资本金．，高资本充足率，完善银行治理结构，增强国际竞争力。国有商业银行应选择整体上市模式。我国四大国有商业银行要尽快达到上市的条件和标准，还必须在管理体制、运作机制、经营模式上进行相应的改革。

| Abstract: | The state- owned commercial bank' coming into the market can expa nd its capital, improve its capital adequacy, perfect its management structure, and strengthen its international competitive ability. The state- owned commerci al bank should adopt the integrated model of coming into the market. In order to reach the standard of coming into the market, four Chinese state- owned commer cial banks must make corresponding reform in aspects of managerial system, opera tional mechanism and running mode as early as possible. |
